10/14 Blaze AMPS 426, PMPS 329, +1 388, +2 329

[Sarah and Blaze]

Good morning!

Blaze's AMPS is 426, I gave him 0.75U.

Tonight will be the 7th day on 0.75U. I'm looking for advice on whether his numbers warrant an increase to 1U starting tomorrow morning? He's been in the pink and red numbers a lot, only some scattered yellows and on the evening of 10/11, he had some blue numbers. If he's high again tonight, should I plan on increasing to 1U tomorrow morning then?

We are on SLGS, so I held the 0.75U for 7 days, we hold the dose if nadirs are between 90-150 and with the tests I have gotten in, he's had one night of nadirs between 90-150.

Anyone have an advice/input/help?

Okay, I thought so but just wanted some advice first! He’s not due for the increase until tomorrow morning but I wanted to be prepared!

He’s great! Eating really well, very playful with with siblings, loves to snuggle me and DH. He’s 1000 times better than when I took him in when he was diagnosed. It’s like a totally different cat, he’s back to being himself again

Let’s see what he does tonight before making a decision. It’ll be six cycles after his last run in blues, might be a bounce breaking cycle. And he did get down to very low blues then.

Thanks Carla! I was leaning towards an increase tomorrow morning but just wanted some advice from others first. I will be home in a few minutes to see where Blaze is at for PMPS!

After that non-descript showing last night - I would agree with that increase... btw...it's Sue not Carla...but I understand...at that hour I wouldn't know who I was talking to either...

I started working at a new dental office on Mondays and Tuesdays and yesterday was my first day, my brain is a little scattered with learning new ways of a new office
