Amazingly, his AMPS = PMPS from yesterday, thought that was interesting coincidence.
Flash slept on my bed for the 1st time in awhile since it's getting colder in Cleveland, OH, unfortunately he peed through my quilt and bedspread. Should I take him to the vet to rule out a possible UTI, something I can't test for?

Does he appear to be completely voiding Or is he trying to strain out some more urine??

Sorry to hear about the bed peeing episode At least you can get all of that in the washer...I've heard a lot of cats peeing inappropriately lately...I know when their BG's go up, they pee all over the place...when the numbers get better, the peeing often does too.

As much as this may not sound like a great solution, I'd confine him to the room where the LB is located, make sure it's clean and has his favorite litter...hopefully he'll use that next time? He may not like the idea...but peeing all over...you probably won't like that idea.

WOW! That's quite a big drop. I hope you were able to get one more test after that to make sure he wasn't still dropping?

Sorry, no, that's the issue w/this testing. I really can't handle being up so late since I have to get up for work early the next morning, can see what a stress this is for others to manage now. There's really no good time period to give the insulin in order to handle giving blood tests 6, 7 or 8 hours later.

I'm empathetic...I have to get up at 5 a.m. for work...no fun getting up in the middle of the night to test...I have to set an alarm, stumble downstairs, test and try to get back to sleep after...

Me tooooo, take a look at bellas night time ss and I have to get up at 445am 7 days a week so I know what u mean
