Think the Dr and I need the luck and patience pants at dad's appt. He will keep saying he can't see anything yet his vision is 20/30. You know the letters they put on the wall....They put the biggest E on the wall and he says he can't see it. Hey dad put your glasses on correctly and look higher. "Oh that's a big E I don't need it that large". What he can't read is a particular paper, it has super tiny print, even I can't read most of it. Dad thinks the Dr should be able to fix that.

4 frickin hrs at the eye doctor for just a regular exam. My dad was a bit late but not that late. Since there were no other patients at that time, I got my exam which was overdue. Needless to say I didn't go do my other errands.

So then they want to schedule him for 3 months for field test and 6 months for new glaucoma test. I remind them he will be 89 and they just aren't needed anymore.

Paula, my mom passed this last January at 97 and I'd hear stuff like that every time I'd take her for appointments :woot: I wanted to say " Say what ?!?".... I know they meant well...I hope they did anyway . You are a wonderful daughter and your daddy is blessed to have you ❤️
