They released her from the hospital today! Repeat CT showed no more bleeding. She looks like she did 10 rounds with Mike Tyson, but that will fade. She's weak and still pretty sore but that's to be expected.

She's very happy to be back in her room with a very happy kitty that missed her very much!

When I first found Marks, it was late June. I had no choice but to order because I was within weeks of having to take China off Lantus because I just couldn't afford it again. There were 2 holidays (Canada Day and 4th of July) with postal holidays so my order took 10 days to get to me. I was still able to use every drop of that insulin! They also now offer to pack it into a cooler (for an additional $10 I think)

Every shipment also comes with a temperature gauge that shows if the insulin was above 80 degrees and if so, how long.....so I really wouldn't worry about it!

I am finishing a pen I started the first part of June and it’s fine. I also just ordered from Marks today. We’re still well into the 90’s here too. It’s usually cooler by now, but I’m almost out, so I had to order. They pack it in a little styrofoam cooler with ice packs and I’m sure it will be fine.

@LizzieInTexas - Lizzie, I hope Frankie feels better. Hopefully he is just teething. Maybe his biting will stop when he’s done teething.

I think so but maybe add in a touch of MC to what you leave out. Not sure what to expect with him tonight. A bit out of character but oh so good. ;)
 
Linda, should I stay up for a +5 ? Don’t want to get too cocky after this blue day .That would be just 40 more minutes. And I will add some MC
 
I'm a bit torn. I don't think he's going to do anything dramatic but he was still coming down at +4 and didn't hit nadir till +7 today. If you don't mind checking at +5 it would give you more peace of mind.
