Busy morning today. Had contractor here to go over what he will be doing. I have 2 weeks to empty out the kitchen, get sink, lights, switches, outlets, pick hardware for cabinets, all the little stuff. End of November the kitchen should be finished.

Ollie doing good, she tried to get contractor to feed her. Others hid of course.

I guess this tiny bit of increase made a difference. Now see if it holds. It does seem the extra drops do work for her at this time. I'm sure it will change as everything does with her.

I called MSU yesterday to get mailer for her IGF test so I've have it in case vet did not when we go to get it done. MSU will only send to vet who has account. Spoke with vet to make sure they could do it properly and we time the test correctly. MSU only runs the test on Wednesday and sample needs to be frozen. So Ollie will be tested on the 7th or 14th and hoping it gets in for that Wednesday, otherwise it has to wait another week. Anxious to see if there is any change in her value.

Ollie trying to get the contractor to feed her  It would be so hard to resist!! Thanks for the smiles:bighug:

I hope with all I've got, that you will be pleasantly surprised when you get the IGF test results back.
You are looking great precious Olive:cat: But as your mom knows, there is so much more to you than those BG numbers. I sure loved your post in Sonia and Yoyo's condo. It brought me to shed a few tears, that haven't stopped. The cleansing kind!

The arkray strips came so I had to test to see if numbers will be higher or lower than nova max.

Nova Max=169. Now she can jump up quick it's possible and she was moving her head.
Relion Micro=109

Rechecked other ear
Nova Max=86
Relion Micro=109

Love my micro, it zips the blood quickly, not like the nova so strips were wasted a lot if Ollie moved.

Interesting!

So cute that she wanted the contractor to feed her - at least she will approve of him being in the house working! Can't wait to see some pics of the kitchen! So exciting:)

Nice cycle for Olive And too funny that she tried to connive the contractor for food! She knows how to use her feminine charm!

Good luck with the kitchen Reno. The kitchen is a hard one to live through but so worth it!!

Data on ss is disappearing again. This happened last year also and it was Google "updated" their software.

Contractor mentioned a few things I didn't think of. So more decisions. I'm so bad at putting everything together. Just so hope it comes out good.

I get message email password has been changed, so I login to change it because I never requested change. And can't get anything. So call provider and found out the server is down and try after 10 pm. If still can't get in to call them and they will reset access. It never ends

I have been thinking some of mine is disappearing too, but then I think, no, I probably didn't update. I am going to keep an eye on it from now on....

I posted about it the other day. Last year Marje had remade new templates because of the problem. I know I entered the 60 today when I took it, yet all the AM cycle was missing when I went to enter the +10. I always enter bedtime reading in the morning and that is always missing later in the day.

Paula, Thank you for bringing attention to this . Will be watching to see what’s found out .

Hiya Paula! Ollie is looking great! I chuckled right out loud when I read that Ollie was trying to get more food. So frickin cute! Best of luck on the kitchen reno! I'm both jealous and not of you! I'm glad it's not going to take too long, but I'm sure it will feel like forever while it's going on.

You've probably talked about it in previous posts, but I'm curious. Can you tell me why are you planning on repeating the IGF-1 test? Do the values change frequently? Or are they indicative of changes in status?

Not sure what you think you'll learn by getting the IGF-1 tested again. The tumour waxes and wanes over time. Even after SRT, CSU told me it wasn't worth getting the testing done. We had one member here have the numbers go up after the tumour was zapped, which was depressing.

Nice nadirs Ollie. :D And good job working the contractors. Neko was known to hop in the contractors truck or trailers. I always had to find her before they could go.

I thought results could go down with treatment. One of two studies that did retest, some went down meaning tumor isn't secreting as much and value would decrease.

I know when RVC started their cabergoline test, they wanted people to do follow on IGF-1 tests. But I think they stopped that. I think my main point is, don't fret if the number doesn't go down. It's the growth hormone doing the worst of the damage, but we measure IGF-1.

I'm just curious what it might be after a year on the caber. I know the tumor will always be there and can come to life at any time. Wondering if we got it to stall some.

I saw in acro group that there is an acrocat but doesn't have diabetes. Thought that was interesting in what made them test.
