Beautiful... beautiful numbers:D

Can you explain to me why sometimes you hold a dose longer than 7 days before reducing. Is it by your gut feeling of how Scooter will do?
I guess whatever the reason, you know what you are doing because he is doing a wonderful job and he looks so good.
Can't wait to see more great things for Scooter:bighug:

It should be at least 3 more days, but I’m really not going by a certain number of days. When Scooter starts spending a good bit of time in low 50’s I figure he’s getting too much insulin and it’s time for a reducie. I have held a dose for several weeks when he was pretty much all green, but higher green. I’m trying to wear my patience pants and take reducies that will stick!:cat:

I have tried reducing when Scooter was all green, but higher greens, and had to go back up. It seems to be working to hold him until he’s spending a lot of time in low 50’s. I don’t feel comfortable doing 3 under 50 because he’s by himself most of the day when I’m at work. I might not catch the under 50 anyhow. This is just what seems to work for Scooter right now, ECID.
