? Starting TR Protocol Today - Please Advise 1st Dose Adjustment

We are starting Butterscotch on TR protocol today. Doing a curve today that will be completed at PMPS within an hour. Hoping someone could please review her spreadsheet and advise us on her dose today?


Her numbers had been blues and yellow and then shifted to the 200s and 300s over the past 5 days, but of course today she changed it up by having numbers in the 100s all day.


We had held the current dose for 8 days. Her nadir today is 137, previous nadirs over last few days were likely around mid 200s. Should we increase the dose by 0.25U tonight?

Needing clarification regarding protocol stating "New to numbers under 200, hold dose for 8 - 10 cycles before increasing." Does this apply to her because numbers were above 200 for the last 5 days and are newly in the 100s today, or does this not apply because she previously had numbers in the 100s a week ago?
 
I would increase by 0.25 units. Think about answering the question, how low does this dose take her? Is there room for an increase. The answer for Butterscotch is yes.

She started seeing blues back on September 5th, ignoring the 3 unit blues, so she is not new to blues.
