Fortunate to be starting in the high blues this a.m. after the sneaky thief snacked on a few of the diabetic drooler's kibble a.g.a.i.n. So I scanned the counters more carefully this a.m. and LT is on the loose.

Here is hoping that everyone has a blessed day and that the kitties make progress on their FD journey.

LT is slowly working the kibble out of his system The dog's diabetic kibble has a good amount of fiber in it, so I think it takes a while to clear. He certainly hasn't cooperated well since we started the 1 drop; difficult to see where we are at. And tomorrow, the grandchildren arrive and I discovered last week he is definitely scared of little ones.
 
I've tried to give LT's ears a bit of a break from the pokeys, but I wanted to know where he's at prior to the PMPS. I'm hoping he stays down for a bit longer so we can see where he's headed with the 1 drop.
 
I'm stalling for a few minutes - he will usually go up. I'm a brave gal and willing to shoot green, but he has dropped since his last check. And I do have plenty of strips and various levels of carb food. I've also got a new handy dandy auto feeder if need be. Sooooo???
 
You've shot green before. Even after stalls the difference in the past has been negligible but you shot 97 the other day.;) It's really up to you and your ability to monitor tonight and it sounds like you are prepared. Normally I'd offer to stay with you but I can't tonight. Was up till 4am this morning, Last night was quite the shark hunt night with more than 1 kitty being dramatic and I am fading fast here. :)

Thanks Linda for your advice; what you guys do is invaluable. I've traveled this road before so I'm prepared. And I'll 911 if he goes into a spiral I can't get stopped. I think that I was just needing a bit of confirmation. I did shoot the 1 drop because we are needing to get him down in the greens try to keep him there for a bit.

I will be around for the next several hours. Have to go out and collect kids from school in less than an hour but will try and keep an eye on it on my phone.
