So glad that you're finally getting to see a lower number! Yeah! Can you please tell me what does this mean? 5,20 or 5,30 - I'm sorry but I just don't know what to make of those numbers...?

5,20= 5 hours and 20 min. I don't know how to put that in the sane box with the BG value an

Oh...thanks! I usually write it like this
245(or what the number was)
@5.20

You can make a 'return' by holding down the 'alt' key on your keyboard and hitting the enter key at the same time; it'll drop down to the line below.

Then highlight that cell, use the little paint-can at the top to select the appropriate color and fill in the yellow or blue in the background..
