lazy/sleepy yesterday, didn't get as many tests in as usual -- Catcat wasn't particularly cooperative either, kept disappearing about the time I'd want him, then coming back later yelling and scratching for food

too tired today even to dig out the pink tie and the pink tutu ...

everything is rosy
since I met my Rosie
with a **** like Rosie
how could I be blue?
 
double checked at +1 ( = 319) to make sure it wasn't a bad strip or insufficient blood -- must have been some left in the depot anyway, since I don't think Lantus works immediately after a fresh injection :p

Catcat was sure he was due for some more food anyway ... :cat::cat:

didn't quite catch his expression that said "why are you putting THAT on me? what's the big idea??"

tutu, size 2T, didn't fit around properly anyway -- still has excess skin and fur from when he was a BIG cat nibbling on the dog's food

true, pink is NOT the flattering color for a strawberry blond ... he's been out in the sun enough that some of his fur is more gold than tangerine
 
Looks like kitty needs an increase,BG going up! A bit of Green would be nice. :)

+3 = 247 and he won't hit nadir for probably a couple of hours, and maybe another low dip around +9 to +11

yellow now and "going DOWN" says the elevator operator
 
Catcat is making progress...at least he's out of that old pink thang! Come on down to the beach and play Catcat...the kids are there waiting for you :)

by the way, he thought the ruff was a new toy to play with, and thought the tutu smelled very interesting (possibly it wasn't washed before being donated in a FREE pile)

oh, and in Hawaii, guys wear leis, animals wear leis, it's a mark of respect
 
ah -- time to enjoy the beach = +6 = 153 -- and he may have gone lower than that while I was out getting supplies at the food bank

he's now cleaning up some of the food he slopped over the edge of the bowl -- he's VERY enthusiastic about food and will lick the morsels sky high
 
PMPS 331 that's ridiculous - okay, you guys win, he's getting the dosecrease you've recommended, in the morning

the only thing I can think of, is that he got into a neighbor cat's food -- but he was sleeping on the bed with me almost all afternoon

dog's kibble doesn't seem to interest him, and it's in chunks too large for him to manage with the absence of 4 teeth
 
for now it seems that the lower blues are easier on me rather than the abrupt crashes into low greens then the subsequent high yellows and pinks -- but now it's happening here anyway -- see what goes on tonight, I may indeed have to increase tomorrow
 
(sigh) I have been expecting the Lantus to lose effectiveness -- maybe it has

+3 = 355 -- yet he's been eating LC food, quietly snuggling with me much of the afternoon -- did try to cough up a hairball

snack waiting in the cupboard if I have to get up in the middle of the night
 
if he'd test low I'd shoot low -- I have in the past (129, 115, 107) -- this series of pinks is somewhat out of his usual
