Ah, we were able to shoot one of those elusive blue 'bird' numbers this morning!:joyful: She typically loves her yellow bookends, so it's a welcomed relief to see one of those nice blue or green numbers to begin the day.

She wrapped up her monthly total of lagoon visits at 18 and while she's making excellent progress failed to reach her all time record of monthly visits (Jan 2019 = 27)...one has to wonder why she was doing so well and then gradually just visited less and less over the last 8 month. It wasn't until we switched to Lev that we started to see her leaning more in that direction.

Just goes to show you the power of collecting data - and over time what it can tell you. Very interesting :D

So here we are the first day of September and I turned the page on the FDMB calendar and there she was! Among the other lovelies on the calendar - just in case you don't have a calendar - here's the pic - it sure gave me a big smile this morning!:D:D

Have a wonderful day everyone and enjoy your Labor Day Weekend activities - or just resting - the latter of which is my plan. For those of you in the path of Dorian - heaven only knows what that storm is going to do - now predictions are sending it further north to the SE states...sheesh :arghh:

What a great start to September with a blue Luci! And a new new month in the Sugar Cat calendar featuring Luci and her beautiful friends! :)

That cake is beautiful and would be cute and funny if the Dorian threat wasn't so life threateningly serious. :(

I haven't seen those "cookies" in our Publix's but I guess I haven't really looked either, too busy hunting down waters and supplies.

Glad Luci started with a blue today, hope she continues into the lagoon safely:D

Thank you! I'm stunned to see she's already gone out to the very middle of the lagoon - this girl loves to rush everything! So much for getting any kind of nap early - unless DH wants to jump in and test a few times ... I try to save him for night time duty...so I guess I'll be testing frequently - especially when she's this close to the 'you know what's'!:nailbiting:

Luci is ever the drama Queen - note the 'capital' Q...this girl demands attention from her servant...what do they call those people who attend to the real Queen? Not likely servants or slaves...hmmm...'Lady in Waiting' perhaps?:facepalm:

Supposed to be Hurrican Dorian... people in Florida are buying them up like crazy! The lady works at Publix in the bakery and thought she'd put out a few - maybe for Hurricane parties?? I dunno...some people think it's funny...some not so much...but she said she couldn't keep up with the sales - amazing huh? :)

Thank you!! I never thought I'd see the day when such a thing would make me proud! Luci has come a long ways :)

I can understand that! Not sure what Publix, but someone else posted cakes they're making in another store...

Thank you! Luci is already in the lagoon...gonna have to watch her closely - she misses her old pals, the sharkies I think...sheesh...:rolleyes:
I'd probably buy one - if I weren't worried about water, etc. I hope that storm goes out to the North Atlantic...we're all praying for everyone in the path of that storm!
