That green is a surprise! His increases haven't kicked in this quickly before, which makes me think a bounce just broke, maybe.
Sometimes cats will go high before they go low when breaking a bounce. At least he looks pretty steady now. 
If you haven't already, a tsp or two of LC might help encourage the surfing in nice numbers.

Hmm interesting on the high-before-low on a bounce breaking cycle! I'll have to see if that pattern repeats or is anywhere else in his SS. When I am more awakeSometimes cats will go high before they go low when breaking a bounce. At least he looks pretty steady now.
He gets a little LC meal at +5 regardless, and I gave a bit more at +6 but he didn't want it until +7, which seems okay. Just puttering along in the 80s! But I'd like to see a little rise before calling it a night...
