OT:

I have a chiropractic appointment this AM, doctoring with my right hip not wanting to behave. Getting better, eyes getting better. As soon as chiropractor gives me the okay, my exercising starts back. :)

Getting older isn't for sissies. :p
 
How I miss a good chiropractor. My NJ chiro spoiled it for everyone. He was so gentle. But he is in CO now. A bit to far to travel to. I've tried 6 here each one applies to much pressure and I end up in back spasms for weeks. So stopped going. The last time they had to call ambulance and take me to ER day after New Years. That was the last time I was adjusted.

Find a chiropractor that uses Sigma Ultralign or Pulstar FRAS - some info but look further. My chiro uses Sigma as well as manual adjustments.
He uses his Sigma system on critters too. :). It's very very gentle but effective. He used it on a 3 mo old goat that never walked due to being butted by a Billy and was recc that it be euthanized. After treatment the baby goat got up and walked for the first time. It's little sacrum had been pushed aside and twisted from the blow by the Billy goat.

I drive all the way to Maine for tx to have Sigma + the expertise of my chiro with it... he was a field tester for the Pulstar FRAS instrument. Not. Looking. Back.
