left food down for Catcat for overnight --looks like he ate some of it but may have been snacking early this morning -- he *was* licking a plastic bag as if it were the most delicious thing in the world -- had to climb up on a couple of boxes to get to it

am guessing it will be a yellow day after all those nice blues ... I'm still looking for a nice low nadir so we can go back to a lesser dose, but doesn't seem that's what's happening

looks like I'm going to have to miss my annual volunteer stint at Arlington this year, first time since sometime around 1990, and before that I was volunteering from 1971 on --- but volunteer stints and Catcat test times, don't coordinate well .. our RV isn't in shape to take it up there (2 hour drive away) and I don't think I can trust Catcat in a tent -- haven't yet leash-trained him either -- Cheddar was the champion leash cat, he went halfway across the country with us in the RV .. I got the funniest looks at roadside rest areas as he tried to cover up some of the dog leavings ...

Bring it on down Catcat, that is awesome of you to volunteer like that, sorry you have to miss this time
Bella eats, literally eats plastic bags, so they are forbidden in this house except in a bag holder on the wall for litter
Have a great day

I know how that goes. I "missed" last Christmas with my family because my Ravan's BG was dropping. We just do what we gotta do!;)

one could only hope == must get that patch of dirt planted with grass today, before it all blows away and I have to pick up the rocks one by one

so repetitively checking for Catcat's nadir will need to wait for another day, one which is bright and sunny, rather than cool and somewhat overcast like today

wellllll ! I was wrong -- Catcat is playing on the beach -- must have missed his friends --:cool::cool:

says next time bring fried chicken, he could go for that .. or fried catfish ???

if that AMPS really was food influenced, he may not bounce as much, crossing fingers

PMPS is lower than I've shot before, but it might have been a skimpy dose, never could clear that bubble -- I'm going to feed the curve and see what happens, since it's still relatively early in the evening -- got Friskies, got MC food, got HC food and Temptations treats, got Karo and honey -- and I suspect that lower PMPS might be part of the late dip we've been seeing for awhile -- if I skip he goes right back to the 300's -- I'd rather keep him lower for awhile

so far so good -- am hoping to pretty much feed enough to get him through what I think is his usual nadir -- and if he dips low late in the cycle he always seems to recover fine from that-- if he gets me up at dawn, as he usually tries to, I could get a late-in-cycle test, maybe early enough not to mess up tomorrow's AMPS

Congrats or your new low shoot!!!!
I know you are SLGS and I am TR blah blah but I think learning to shoot lower allowed me to really help my cat, anyway....... Then again, Alice complies better I think than Catcat, when it comes to testing, I think Catcat would make me nervous like one of my Ginger Boys would make me nervous to try and test!!!! Those orange kitties can be furryocious!!!!! Rawr! :nailbiting:
