I have seen a blue PMPS soon after increases before, so I feel like I should shoot, but after a 30 min stall he dropped a bit more. I have supplies, can monitor.

Sometimes cats will drop more without food, but this is likely a bounce breaking cycle and could be active. Whether you shoot depends on your comfort and ability to monitor late if needed. If you do shoot, I would start with a +1.

Thanks, @Wendy&Neko . I shot the full dose about 30 mins late... he needs the insulin. Will be monitoring on the hour.

He ate his regular LC meal, but at +1 is not really any higher. Still in safe numbers, but I was expecting a food spike.

Suggestions? Should I feed MC? More LC? Wait and test in an hour?
