To answer your question from yesterday, yes you can give R when he’s yellow. Just try 0.1u and see what that does.

Looking at his SS, I’d like to suggest an increase to 27u bid. Let’s see what @Wendy&Neko thinks, too.
 
I’d like to see what he does tonight before an increase, just in case it’s the high before the low. Otherwise I agree with Marje that Biscuits seems to have lost his green bathing suit.

Agreed. However, with that PMPS and the need to give R, we will definitely have to see where he is in the morning.

Also...on giving R with yellow. If it’s early in the cycle and you want a lower starting point for onset, I’d go with 0.1u. if it’s later in the cycle and you catch him going up fast but he’s still yellow, I’d give him 0.25u and try to nip the rise.
