Good morning!
AMPS 229 shooting 3.25u

Boomer ate most of his overnight food and once again ate without calling me! And, when I woke up this morning, he was laying by my feet. I slept very well last night though so potentially at some point he could have been beside me and I would not have known it

He came down an awful lot last night between PMPS and +3; wonder if/when that will trigger a bounce.

It's much more pleasant out today; no humidity and the temperature not as high as the last few days. We'll see if Boomer will let us go somewhere today.

Hooray for great sleep! My insomnia has been really bad lately. I fall asleep easily, but I wake up 2-3 hours before my alarm and I can't always go back to sleep. I hope this passes soon because I'm tired of being tired, haha. I hope Boomer doesn't go too crazy with a bounce today. Here's hoping he brings it down for you today, but not too much so you can take a trip out! Behave Booms! :joyful:

I thought of you and Boomer this morning. Frankie has found a cat toy that he just loves. It reminded me of Boomer and his banana. It is a rainbow inchwoom filled with beans or some such, but about the same size as the banana. Frankie was sleeping on it in the middle of the kitchen. This was after a 30 min intense play session with it

I just wanted to pass this along to you. To be honest I haven't had this much relief from my allergies in a very, very long time. I started with the nose spray and immediately noticed a huge difference. My under eye bags have shrunk so much that I have had numerous people at work comment on it! My whole face seems less puffy.

Then, Jill (scooter) recommended the sublingual drops because they had helped her hubby so much (she is in TX also).

On the sublingual they make it for specific regions so be sure to get the correct one for your region. The nose spray I am using is specific to Texas Cedar (and grasses) so again, look for what might work for your area and allergies.

Thanks! I do take allergy meds, which work fine for most of the year. I do have a nasal spray that I use when I have to but there are warnings not to use it too much or it will make symptoms worse  And I have eye drops that help with itchiness. The worst of it should be over soon. I hope.

Come on, Deputy Boomer! Let's see some green!

Sorry about your allergies, Judy. Lots of people sneezing here, too. But our big problem this year is bugs--blackflies, mosquitoes, and no-see-ums are eating us alive! We are having some great paddles, however, so that makes up for itching. We visited the pond one of the loons we sponsor lives on. He and his mate have a chick (about 7 days old, already out of the nest and riding on the mother's back). We didn't see the loons that day (we were on shore, but happened to meet a woman who leads birding walks and she told us). We will take our canoes there sometime after the holiday weekends.

Happy Canada Day!

Oh Ella one of my bucket list shots is a baby riding on its mom's back! Preferably a Loon but you know what trouble I have finding Loons
