I had my MRI done on lumbar and knee yesterday will get results on. Monday, hope it’s nothing bad and it’s a easy fix

lumbar and knee yesterday

I have the same problems! I have spinal stenosis in my back & twisted my knee 2 months ago mowing the grass. Dr wanted to fuse my spine 15 years ago. I said no Way! I exercise & do Yoga & take Turmeric for inflammation . So far I'm doing OK!
( I guess it's just the body's way of saying, We're getting OLD

I still can't see anyone's SS. Only what initially loads (like Jan/Feb). I think it is just on my tablet (not on computer much at home).

Hope you have a grest weekend. Cleaning house, vet for Frankie tomorrow for his first vaccines, laundry. I have a ton of paperwork (home) to catchup on and find a new electric service billing agent. My contract ends soon and need to find the best deal (I hate doing this).

I am off for the week. I hope I get some down time. I am back to researching acenstry and am digging into a mystery .
