Skipped Yoga today to spend more time with my Kitties outside

Organic Turmeric With food Am & PM. I like this one because it has 180 caps & some black pepper & Ginger for better absorption. Started out years ago with just one cap after dinner. I was amazed I felt so good the next morning.No aches or pains!

2 years ago I fell down 7 stairs & broke my leg & my foot. Hurt something terrible.Took 2 Turmeric & grabbed a bag of frozen peas. Sat up all night with the foot elevated with the bag of peas on it. Next morning I called my son & went to the nearest clinic. First thing they bring out an IV. I asked what's that for?. He says you must be in severe pain?
I told him it hurts but i don't need pain meds.( I dislike taking any pharmaceuticals! )The turmeric takes out inflammation which I guess causes the most pain.

Now I take one cap. AM & PM. A bit older & a few more aches & pains if I don't take 2.
