Ti-Mousse was playing this morning:) Let's hope for some greens today! He was washing his skin tag and it started bleeding a little but it's still well attached! I'll have it removed next week if it's not gone!

Nice, sunny and not too warm! Groceries today and getting a good "paper book" at the library; I feel old-fashioned... !

Wishing all a beautiful Monday and safe surfing for all our lovely kitties!

Sounds like a really nice start to the day for both you and Ti-Mousse!

I hope Ti-mousse gets rid of his skin tag so that you don’t have to incur veterinary costs :P

Enjoy running your errands in the sunny weather :)

Lucky You! A nice Sunny Day!

About my Yoga class. I belong to a local Health Club for many years. When you join, the majority of classes are included, you don't need to pay extra.( because I'm a long time resident,a senior & on low income I don't pay much to belong) They have yoga classes every day at different times. You can find one in the morning, afternoon or evening. Each one has a different teacher so each class is a bit different. Keeps it interesting!
I go Sunday & Tuesday morning.Sometimes Thurs. night. I'm going to make an effort to go more often because I feel so much better when I do:joyful:
I also work out with the machines 3 X's a week & walk fast (4 miles per hr.on the treadmill) It's so darn difficult to lose weight the older I get!

Eh boy... you must be in a pretty good shape!:woot: You're lucky to have this Health Club offering so many classes, and with different teachers you have different routines!
I'm so far behind  I'm at the stage of shopping for a fitness tracker watch to help me start and stay motivated....
Two years ago, I used to skate, go to fitness classes and walk every day. Times have changed... but I want to go back to exercising again, I really felt better!
With old age I'm always aching somewhere; each morning it's my "surprise of the day"!:p
I don't have any yoga classes around specially in the summer, so I'll give it a try at home with DVDs and start walking again!

I've gained weight over the winter & not in that great of shape! But I am working on it :) Turmeric really does help me with my "pain of the Day" I don't take any meds at all not even an aspirin!
Walking is great exercise, that's how I lost 20lbs a few years ago. Just got to walk fast to get your heart pumping!

Good for you :D Once you get started it will get easier. Someone sent me this a few years ago when I almost stopped exercising. I'm passing it on to you!

start walking again!

I had a cardiac issue a few years ago and my cardiologist said ' just walk ' exercise programs are hard - especially the getting started part. Just walk...if you're ok as far as being able to - then do it - park your car away from the door to all the stores - and walk in and out - it's not much - but it's something - soon you'll wonder why everyone is all piled up by the door! I have gotten up to walking 4 miles a day on my treadmill - but believe you me - I had to start just by walking to the mailbox and around in the yard - and definitely to and from the store - it got easier as time went on - thankfully. It's still not the greatest hour of my life but I'm grateful that I can still go it and I look forward to getting it done because I always feel better when it's done - my joints aren't as stiff and I actually work up a sweat - so I'm warmed up all over! A great feeling. Try to find something you enjoy and schedule your time to do it - early works best for me because it seems the later the day gets, the less 'time' I find to actually take out that hour to go walk -and it's all for me. Enjoy your walking :)

Glad to hear Ti-Mousse was playing--I'll bet he's ready now to curl up with (or on) a good book. I'm wondering what you picked out to read.
I took two to start: historical novel and a mystery/detective story! It's been awhile since reading a "real" book, hope Ti-Mousse will enjoy curling up on my knees and being petted while I read! :)
:bighug: for little Felix!

That's how I feel about exercise but I know I will feel better after.. and as you said, the earlier the better, otherwise there's always something in the way.... !

I'll get back to that!! Tks :bighug:

I'm working hard on my brain right now to get started! :p
I don't take any meds either, I'm more the type to take vitamins and supplements! Which form of turmeric do you use and which dosage do you take ?
