Happy Caturday L, B, & L ~

Bubba seems to be doing okay dentally since his extractions and cleaning. Yesterday, he didn't eat all his food and didn't wake me for his PM +6 so I think he could be a bit sore. 3rd day out after dental surgery is always the worse.

We are all adjusting to Forrest being gone. I am reminded of him everywhere I look and still expect to see him pop up out of the hostas when I'm outside. Bubba wouldn't sleep on the bed with us until last night. Lucy didn't want to get out of bed the next two days and eat breakfast. It's been a bit blue around here. I am gathering the emotional strength to do a tribute to him and hope that it would be okay to post on this forum.

It was 3 weeks of depression for Tux when Smokey passed. It was awful to watch him go through it. Nothing was working, he was losing weight from not eating, looking for him, wandering, crying. Then PJ arrived and his world was right again.

How many extractions did Bubba have?

Since Bubba was in the room with us when Forrest past, he isn't going around looking for him. That must have been heart breaking for you to watch. :bighug:
Bubba had 3 extractions, one molar and two tiny little teeth. And that is with me brushing his teeth a few times a week. Gotta do it more often I guess.
 
Sending vines to Bubba so that his mouth starts to feel better soon. :bighug:
We'd love to see a tribute to Forest, we got to know him and love him along with Bubba. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Oh Bobbie, I'm so sorry for your sadness. It's just so darned hard when they aren't with us physically any more. I have been thinking of you, and we all share this loss. :bighug::bighug:
 
I'm glad Bubba is doing okay and I look forward to hearing he's 100 purrcent. I'm glad you guys have his dental behind you and have him safely on the mend. Have been thinking about you and your difficult adjustment a lot.:bighug:

More hugs for you Bobbie. I know how hard it is, and I've been thinking about you guys lately. I'm with everyone else, I would absolutely love to see/read a tribute for dear Forrest. I definitely think all our civvies are honorary members anyway, since we include them in threads and parties. Sending vines for Bubba's continued healing, and then some extra to you all to find as much comfort and peace you can. :bighug::bighug::bighug:
