My stomach is still off. It may take a while for it to get back to normal. I don't know how long it takes to get over food poisoning. Thanks for asking.

Maybe it’s actually a stomach bug, my experience with food poisoning is a wham-bam ordeal that comes and is gone in 24-48hrs. If you don’t feel better tomorrow maybe you should consider another rest day. The stomach flu has been particularly harsh this year.
