How is Peggy Sue doing?

Peggy Sue is hanging in there. She's eating pretty good but she hasn't gained any weight & her chin still looks swollen.( she's still on Clavamox for a few more days. It's so hard to give her the pill She hates it!) I'm hoping it isn't something more going on?
I got a few estimates for dental for her. I know it's important to have an anesthesiologist present during the Surgery but I'm overwhelmed at the cost! Over $2,000 plus a complete blood work up !
And she could still die from the anesthesia ! Not sure what I'll do, I certainly can't afford that kind of money

Now my 3rd cat Alice is having some problems. She's drinking a lot of water & wants to eat constantly. Hasn't lost any weight. Alice is 17 also & a tiny bit feral. Difficult to do anything with her! I did manage to
check her blood ! BG is good. I'm not sure what it could be especially because she's not lost any weight?

It's bad having one cat ill now I have 3 !!

Trying to take one day at a time. (easy to say but really difficult to do) :arghh:

I can't imagine what it's like to have 3 cats with different issues; I had two and I must admit to feeling quite overwhelmed at times.
$2000 seems an awful lot for a dental...with my vet it's $500-$600 for the cleaning and X-rays and then extra if there are teeth that need to be pulled.

At least Ravan is getting decent numbers?

Sorry to hear about Alice. Maybe she's going through a phase? and fingers crossed that there isn't anything too seriously wrong with Peggy Sue.

I'm glad Ravan is doing well. I hope whatever is going on with Alice is nothing serious. I hope the Clavamox helps Peggy Sue's mouth. Sending prayers.
