Good Afternoon!
Boy, this caring for 2 diabetic kitties is certainly keeping me busy! Thankfully I am home today because I am trying to burn through all my vacation hours. I am going to reduce SK again tonight even though I just reduced and he didn't earn it with 3 drops below 50, but I need to so I can feel safe with him. I can always take him back up if needed. SK is doing well. He doesn't snuggle with me, but he snuggles near me. Osha is being her good Osha self. She loves her blue and green and that makes me happy. It seems that Osha and SK are sharing similar numbers.
OT: I got a new job for the new school year with Fairfax County Public Schools. I am super super super happy! My current position was funded with a grant from Fairfax county public schools and this was the last year of the grant so I was about to be out of a job. Things are progressing with Sébastien getting his visa to move here. He has the interview with the consulate on June 7! So, potentially he will be approved for the visa then. We would love to have him move here this summer, but with my job situation, I will be without insurance for the month of July and August, so we realistically can't have him move here until September. Oh boy, new job, getting married!!! Wow!
