Because the dose is based on the nadir and not the pre-shot numbers. Furball is being very bouncy.

@JoyBee&Ravan Didn't mean to sound short, but I'm at work and couldn't type more right away. Until last weekend her nadirs have been in the hold the dose range for SLGS. I'll most likely increase this weekend when I can monitor. With the four ten hour days I work I didn't want to increase. I don't know what she does on those days and I didn't want her to go too low without me knowing. Thanks for your concern.
