I know you were a bit nervous about giving the full increase and it was possible the fine tuning could work but he’s not looking that great yet. I’d suggest 12 cycles at this dose and then decide if we need to take him up to 2.5u. What do you think?

I was thinking he is stuck and that he needs more insulin. I will increase when you tell me to.

I was just wondering....why did he look better the first few days at this new dose and then he loses it... Is this normal?

Yes, that can happen. He also might be a slow responder at times and that’s why I suggested 12 cycles and if he’s not improving, we will increase.

You’re welcome. Gracie could be a slow responder to a dose and so if I saw any green the first ten cycles, I’d hold at least 12. We don’t want to jump the gun but we also don’t want him to sit at higher numbers than he has to although he looks better by a hair; less yellow, no stinky pinky, faster bounce clearing.
