Unfortunately I didn't get much testing in yesterday AM cycle as I was doing a craft fair. Feel so out of touch with what is going on with him now. Got some tests in last night and he was in the yellows. This morning however he is in the black, don't know if this is a hard bounce or if I managed another FS. I'm not sure as there was no smell to his fur and no dampness. Just don't get it. It's puzzling. Maybe it's time to take his dose back up to .50 IU. Any input would be welcome at this stage.

The last two times you saw black he had dipped to green earlier in the day. Since you don't know what he did yesterday I'd wait and see what he does today and tonight. It does look like he may be bouncing. Also since you are doing SLGS, you are supposed to hold the dose for seven days before doing an increase.

You are right of course Carla. Thank you for the reminder. It was just disheartening to see the blacks this morning and I got a little frustrated.

A second theory is that the higher depot is finally wearing off and you are seeing what the 0.25 unit dose can do, and it’s not enough. You did a couple of really close reductions. The greens on the 0.5 unit dose could have come from 1.0 or 0.75 unit depot. However, time will tell. Let’s see where he is after seven day.

Thank you for the insight. I am getting the feeling that I'll need to increase but will wait out the seven days do a curve and see were we are.

You did what you needed to per SLGS, just wanted to say that there can be more than explanation for what you are seeing. Getting those seven days of data will tell you the answer.
