Alice vomiting, anorexia, HI all day, DKA 3 weeks ago (I got worried. Okay now.)

This is my post in the Lantus forum. I just really could use some advice soon so I know how to proceed...

Alice was HI all day. Now she has loss of appetite and vomiting. A small amount of diarrhea earlier in the evening.

She had a DKA event 3 weeks ago.

I have mirtazapine and cerenia if I need to use them.

Or do I head off to the ER? Alice gets DCIN help and I can't take her without help. Sooo.

Please note recent numbers are in the linked Lantus ISG post. Have had SS access problem. Working on it.

I will get a ketone test but she has to pee first!
 
She was HI at +1 still, in the past few minutes, +1.75, she has started to eat and drink more willingly and capably again, so I would appreciate input but am downgrading to a question instead of emergency, as I will continue to monitor her.
