A little reagent strip deciphering help?

My friend gave me these so this is what I have been using to test for ketones. But with her recent DKA, I'm interested in then relevance of everything it tests for. Plus I don't understand the ketone colors I get because I can't decide which one it matches. Thanks! :)

Disregard the leucocyte pad since it false+ 99+% of the time.
For other pads you have to note the color at the time interval specified on the container. The strips I have measure glucose and ketones only and it says note color of glucose pad after 30 seconds and ketone pad after 15 seconds. The colors change with time so it is very important to note the color ar the time specified.
 
The ketone one always seems to be sort of grayish to me. I'll check out the timing and try again as soon as I can. :)

Why is the leukocyte one usually wrong?

Either way it's obvious her glucose was high then. (It was testing high too.)

I take a picture right after but maybe I didn't do it soon enough. Would any of the other pads give me any decent/relevant health info for her?

Usually a high phosphorous is due to kidney degradation. The urine specific gravity of 1.017 tends to indicate kidney degradation but the not bu that said it was measured after 4 hours of fluid therapy which would decrease USG. The creatinine blood value of 1.1 shows no problem with the kidneys. Thus, I do not know why phosphorus is so high.
