Hi. He's 182 when I just checked. Will feed him, but holding the shot of .75.

Would someone mind checking my sheet and advising? Should I just go ahead and give the .75 and monitor? I can be home for a large majority of the day. Have plenty of strips.

Thank you!

Hi Jim
In future when you are not sure what to do, stall, don't feed and ask for help, and test 20 minutes later to see if there is a rise.
That way we can see if the numbers are rising without the food influencing the numbers.
However I think you would be ok to shoot 0.75 unit.. You shot a 174 on the 4/4 and if you are going to be around all day and have plenty of higher carb food and strips, I think you will be fine. However I won't be around to help as it is getting late here in Australia and I'll be heading for bed but there should be plenty of people around to help if needed.

Stall and don't feed—got it. He's received maybe an ounce of food so far. Great! Thank you, Bron! Is it appropriate to create threads like this? Or mention someone in an existing thread and update that thread title w/ a new date? I certainly don't want to clog the forum up...

No, what you have done is correct. And the subject line was perfect....got my attention straight away.
On this Lantus forum we start a new thread every day and link the previous day's thread to it so we can go back and look at it if necessary when we help.
So go ahead and feed and shoot.
Not sure what you mean by "mention Someone in an existing thread and update that thread title w/a new date."
