Looking at your numbers from today, I think the increase would be okay - Cuki is still above 200 at nadir, so increasing by 0.5u should be alright.

Regarding the spreadsheet, if you login to google, and click on the nine squares (3 x 3), and click on "drive", you should be able to find your spreadsheet and enter the data there. If it still doesn't work, let us know. Being able to see the numbers in the spreadsheet will really help us give better advice.

If all of Cuki's numbers are high, than the 0.5u increase should be fine. But if it makes you nervous, you could increase by 0.25u first, and then increase again after four cycles.
