? Amps 103 due for shot what to do

Jerry is due for his AM shot now. His bg is currently at 103. Vet had me change his PM dose to 1.25 iu yesterday and to continue with his 2.5 iu in the AM.

Not sure whether i should shoot 2.5 IU based on this BG.

Not a problem, I put my big girl pants on and gave him his shot. I was going to be around to monitor him so took a deep breath and gave him the 2.25 IU dose. Thank you for getting back to me anyway.
He has been pretty steady so far, just tested his BG and its only starting to climb now. +5 = 214.
