Update on me and tests, I do have a hiatal hernia, and gastritis, they put me in meds for gastritis that coats my stomach, I have to be in a low fat bland diet, this will make you laugh, I ate Bellas gerber chicken baby food for dinner last night, I have to go to grocery for bland foods omg! I have referral to orthopedic dr for my back and neck. They did give me gaba and a muscle relaxer, i am loopy this am

I'm so sorry about the diagnosis. I hope the orthopedic doctor can help and you can find a diet that works. I hope Bella slides down and surfs safely today. Sending prayers.
 
Bella and Luci need to get back to the Tiki Hut soon. Best of luck to you on your bland diet. You might also try some high protein grains like quinoa - small portions - and low fat dairy. Just a suggestion. Have a good day Jamie (hope you're not going to drive if you're loopy)...:bighug:

I got up around 2 for bathroom and I swear I hit every wall to the BR so gonna just take half tonight, it was to much

Do you? That's interesting. I will have to do some research on that. It would be for DH, but he takes a lot of different medications so I'm wondering about the timing. I have read here not to take within two hours of other meds as it could reduce absorption, correct?

Sorry to hear about the dx, that's not fun at all. I hope the bland low fat diet works. And you can figure out a better dinner than Bella's baby food. :) You need a new body, Jamie! Where are the "shops" for humans?

Yes,I read that also. I don't have that problem .I don't take any Pharmaceuticals, I refuse to.I don't even have aspirin in the house!
So far I use a few herbs for aches or an upset stomach & they're working just fine :joyful:
 
Sending you lots of healing vines, Jamie! I hope it will clear up very soon. Do you have an Instant Pot? I think one would be ideal for making bland, steamed dishes.

Yes, Bella is a sweet boy for sharing and prob glad I ate it, he hates it lol
