Willow

Member Since 2016
Hi everyone,

I’m Sorry I did not personally reply to everyone post regarding my loss of Willow.
Thank you everyone on here.

Losing her took a serious toll on me. As we all know only time will heal the pain of losing a loved one.

Most people thought I was completely crazy spending the amount of money I did to save Willow, who was a 14 year old adopted cat, that 4 different vets told me to put down a little over three years ago. She beat all of their odds.
If I had to do it all over again I would without thinking.

I posted some items we will be donating to others in need. The insulin, there are two unopened pens and two used ones. None of these items are for sale. I’m giving them to the members on here who are having a tough time keeping up with the cost of having a kitty with diabetes.
I also have a cat inhaler mask with 7 inhalers, a bottle of amlodipine tab 2.5mg that did not get in this post.
I’ll post another post of the missing two items so you can get an idea of what they are
The inhaler and insulin are being shipped out today.
I have four boxes of syringes, a few hundred test strips and testers, so you can have a tester in other rooms.

Please send me a PM of the items you would like me to send to you.
We hope to be able to help others in need.
In the memory of Willow

All of us here know how hard this is and are willing to do just about anything for our kitties, including spending a ton of money ... :bighug::bighug::bighug:
good morning

Thank you, we have a lot of items that could help the other members.
We have multiple tester and test strips because we had them in every room
If you need anything please let me know.

Very kind of you James.

Most of us can relate to pain of losing a beloved furbaby. And the expense to keep them comfortable. I hope each day gets a little easier for you. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Thank you for your thoughtfulness & generosity :bighug: I'm sure many tears have been shed for your loss. We all know we will suffer thru this eventually & most have in the past.
The memory of our much loved animal companions lives on in our hearts forever.

Thank you so much, James, for offering Willow's diabetes supplies to needy FDMB members. Your girl will be helping many other kitties.
I know how difficult this time of mourning is. Rusty has been at the Bridge since last July, but I still miss holding him in my arms. Your love for Willow and her love for you will only grow deeper as the months and years go by. That's the way it is with such a special kitty.
