He hasnt earned a reduction but he may have today I had to interfere cause of work

I would probably hold off until you see a drop below 50, especially since he just earned a reduction a few days ago. He's been doing so well, it would be too bad if he lost momentum (even though we are crossing fingers and paws that he will let you sleep tonight).
