You're doing great getting those BG tests done and it's really helpful for us to see how Molly is doing at this dose. Something to think about for next weekend: it might be a good time to try giving the 1 u dose if she has a PS of 175 (or so) or higher. I suspect she'd do fine with that and if she had a scary dark green we can guide you.

Ok, I’ll create a new thread. Molly is looking for more kibble this morning. She ate quite a bit of the FF. Just wondering if I’m feeding her too much?
 
Until you get Molly better regulated, feeding her a little more is not an issue unless she is gaining weight you don't want her to gain. Diabetics don't process the food they eat efficiently so they are hungrier than usual and often lose weight. As they get better regulated, their hunger tends to lessen.
