Reduction (so soon) was based upon my belief/strong suspicion she dropped into :D (lime) through night based upon AMPS, 54.
Would you agree?

The reason I ask, in a human...... when there is cirrhosis of the liver, the esophagus can collapse at the end of the disease. My civvie cat, Sug, had hardening of the liver and it shrank in size and the vet said it was equivalent to cirrhosis of the liver in humans. Did the vet ever said her liver functions were off? I am just curious.
 
Nelli's ss is looking fantastic. Congrats on another reducie.
I'm glad she's eating better, and I hope she keeps improving with her appetite.

As per TR, no. If you don't see the under 50, it didn't happen and no reduction earned. A low AMPS doesn't mean she went below 50. Also, this is just two cycles of the reduced dose, so the 2.75 units dose is still influencing the numbers.

However, if you want to reduce for a bit because she's running too low for your comfort level, and you are worried about her eating or other medical issues, that's a different story. It's fine to take a "temporary" reduction for a breather. Who knows, many of my temporary reductions turned permanent.

Thanks @Wendy&Neko. She got 2.5U at AM & PM. TONIGHT HER PMPS was 103- +3.75 48?
 
@Wendy&Neko .... a low AMPS of 54 doesn’t likely mean she dipped lower thru night? thought decline as this, before rise at end of cycle (54?) was a... we don’t have the data but...? We are talking only 5 points less at nadir? before AMPS 54?
I thought I understood better? My bad... back to studying stickies!

Nadir could have been at AMPS this morning. we have no way of knowing for sure. I have shot at 51 and 52 and I didn't assume cause it was likely a later nadir. However, Miss Nelli has expressed her thoughts tonight. :eek: Though it is only the second dose on this cycle, could be a bit of the 3.0 unit depot here as well as the 2.75 depot for sure influencing this cycle. This would be a back to back reduction.
