I don’t want to reduce Nelli too often- too soon but this 47 today according to protocol says reduction?

If you had a hard time getting Nelli to come back up it is better to take the reduction. There are some people who wait for three drops under 50 if their cat has a hard time holding reductions. If you don't reduce, just keep an eye on Nelli to make sure she stays safe the next couple of cycles.
