Good morning all,
Well we're starting today rather differently than we did yesterday. He spent all day yesterday in blues, which is rather annoying considering you'd think it was likely he was bouncing, so he "should" be back to business today. However, from the way he ate (he eats less on active cycles and more when he bounces), he likely only started bouncing during the PM cycle last night. So I hope it is just a delayed bounce and he'll get back to business by the PM cycle. It just seems lately he has one good cycle and then once his BGs go up they don't come back down. :( I very much hope that's not the case this time, especially considering he got down to 44 on this dose. Come on Lou! You can't let those antibodies beat you! Now if only it was really (my) mind over matter, or biology in this case, haha. :p

I hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing Sunday. We're still under a wind chill advisory this morning, but then it's apparently supposed to warm up enough for our high to be above zero! And by above I mean 5F, haha. Sending vines to Miss P (@Phoebes) and any other kitties or beans in need. :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
I think Lou's numbers are looking pretty good...hang in there Amanda...he'll get there...

Stay warm...brrr...that sounds so cold. I see that it's 1 degree at our home in Michigan - I'm embarrassed to say it's 71 here this morning - but it's cloudy if that's any consolation...and cooling off...they're 'bracing' for another cold front here...I always find it amusing to hear them talk about preparations for the 'cold' here in Florida...when they talk about 'cold' they're talking about any temp below 70...sheesh...how will we endure??? :p:p

Chin up! That is just the IAA pulling it's stunts. Went through this with Menace time and time again before those antibodies finally said uncle. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe the situation but that long run of greens without steering, tells me Lou is moving in the right direction. I went up and down the dosing ladder countless times with Menace before the miracle happened. You and Lou will get there! :bighug::bighug:
 
You better stock up on emergency supplies in case that "cold" front renders Florida incapacitated. Hehehe!!!!!!!!

We were under state of emergency yesterday before the storm started. It looks nasty out there. Just hope power holds up under all the ice and the stupid people stay off the road so they don't take poles or lines down.
