+8 I gave Ravan 20% carb FF but he still dropped lower

Nice low number Ravan gave you at AMPS. I'm glad you reduced after those low 40's from yesterday.
Maybe it's time to consider using calipers to get a more precise dose. If you grab a handful of needles and look at the 1 unit lines on all of them, you will see they are not exactly the same. It used to drive me crazy especially when Uncle was on such a small dose. Even a bit of inconsistency using those lines means he's getting a little more or less insulin. Especially if you're messing around with "fattening/skinnying" doses.
It might be a good experiment at least ? I'd be happy to help you get set up and walk you through it.

I have considered it but it's another expense that at this time i just can't afford. If it changes I'll PM you so I know the correct way to use the calipers.

Let's see what Ravan does this time on .75F. If he fails this reducie, perhaps try a skinny 1.0u which should be just slightly more than the .75F.

Wow! Ravan is doing so well! Looks like you've figured out the secret to handling Ravan's blood sugar and keep him from bouncing.
I am so incredibly happy for you. Hope he can keep it going, and he keeps reducing in dose!

It does sound like a full time job, though, so I hope staying in these lower numbers helps him to stay flatter more naturally without so much effort on your part.

Wow Raven! Love the greens!
I hope with more greens Raven will get used to the lower numbers and get flatter and stop the crazy bounces. Really nice cycle today!!!

Thank you! But I'm not holding my breath on this. I've seen him do really well & then go into a terrible bounce. Tonight his bg is up to 217 at +2 Keep your fingers crossed it doesn't go too much higher!
