So he had a gooey poo at +5 last night and by the time we got back up at +4 today there was another liquid poo. This needs to stop soon. He doesn't like pumpkin and he is on the highest dose of his meds. I have been thinking of doing a fast with him. It seems when we do a fast for ultrasounds his system resets.
So tonight I could take food away at midnight. Fast him tomorrow and skip his shot. That would also help the sulcrate get a good coating of the intestines. Any thoughts?

I was also wondering about adding in the rabbit. I took it out last time to limit what he was getting and we had success but that was after the ultrasound and then we had great success after the sulcrate. Something has to give.


That all said, he spent the night cuddled up and purring most the night.
 
So glad you're getting all those purry lovin's. Hope he's just disordered from his family being away and that the reset gets him back on track now that he's got his momma to snuggle with again.
 
It never hurts to have a second protein around, in case his body decides it doesn’t like first.

KOHA rabbit got the paws down here. :( I made the mistake of buying large cans. I hope the Rawz shows up in stores here soon.
 
I feel your pain with the gooey poo. Bubba had a day of it on Friday. I gave him plain raw turkey with no EZ complete to do a bland diet for 24 hours. ( as per Foodfurlife.com website on diarrhea and kitties) Also, I got 2 SEB balls down him without missing any of my digits, and he was better in 24 hours. I am sure that he has IBS also. Friday morning, there was a plump poo ( turns out it was full of hair) and a very dry hardish poo and a pudding poo in the box ! What a variety of poo!

I am wishing for Jones a healthy normal poo ASAP!
