Good morning everyone,
Lou has had a pretty nice stretch this last week. He isn't always bouncing as high nor staying high as long. Although I can't even begin to figure out when his nadir is. He frequently seems to peak at PS time, but others he starts higher and then comes back down at whatever time. No idea, and thankfully I don't think it matters too much right now. I hope I will hear back from the vet today about a Levemir prescription. She's been out of the office the last week. Part of me is worried about switching insulins, but the current insulin is expiring at the end of the year and it's time to try something else to see if it calms his bouncing. I think if my vet refuses the Levemir, I may order Lantus instead of Basaglar just to see how he does on it. But I'm really hoping she'll okay the change and not take her sweet time about it. I'm already annoyed enough that I couldn't order last week when the temps were nicer here. Hopefully everything works out.
