11/2 Remembering Beenie

Beenie (GA)

Wow I forgot how to start a new thread!! Its been so long I had to refer to a stickie!
Just thinking of my Beenie especially today. I can't believe she left us one year ago today. We still miss her so much. We have pictures of her throughout the house...even on coasters:p. She was such a sweet and sassy little thing that always got the last meow in. She was the resident foodie and her favorite room in the house was the kitchen. She loved boxes and paper bags. She also was house supervisor...any work done in the house whether by us or outside workers she supervised and inspected their tools:D . We were lucky to have her in our lives. She was a special cat that I wish stayed longer but I'm glad we had her in our lives as long as we did.
Thanks for letting me share on this board once again even though I haven't been on in so long. This is a special place. Thank you :bighug::bighug:

I love this. Sounds just like my GA Frosty. RIP sweet girl. ❤️

I look forward to getting to the point where I smile when I look back at our times with Frosty. Right now it really hurts. But I know in a year it will feel different. Thank you for sharing this. :bighug:

Hi Michelle. :bighug::bighug::bighug: Those 1 year anniversaries are hard. I'm glad you have so many good memories of her to lift your spirits and hopefully bring a smile to your face as you remember your girl. Said she from one owned by a box and bag loving, foodie and snoopervisor acro girl. I like the idea of coasters. :)

This is a very special place indeed. I can’t believe it’s been a year already. I miss Beenie and Gizmo’s adventures (well maybe not the sleepless shark hunting nights ). I’m sure they are having grand adventures with all the GAs at the rainbow bridge. I think of you guys often. How is Ming doing?

((Ana)) I'm so sorry it was Frosty's time. It is so so hard in the beginning but it does get easier as time passes. You took such amazing care of Frosty and he was lucky to have found you! I truly believe all of our GA's are together and play all day long free of pain and watch over us all :)

Hi Wendy!!! Yes thinking of her brings a smile to my face. No more tears. She's in a better place. Thank you again for all your help through our journey here. Would not have made it as far as we did without the help of people like you on FDMB.:bighug::bighug::bighug:
Hope you are doing well and wishing nothing but the best;)

Ah those were the days:joyful:. I don't miss those sleepless nights not one bit:D.
Would do it again and again for any of my critters;) No doubt Beenie and Gizmo are getting into mischief together:p Beenie loved to play and run around the house in her youth. She used to do what we called the Beenie "hop". Just like a kitten shoot straight up and then dart off running like crazy! She was too cute.
I hope you are doing well. How's the bunny??
Ming is doing great!! Funny I just tested his BG recently because I noticed him drinking water which he never did before. I had donated everything I had so I ordered a Relion meter and 20 strips and thank goodness he tested at 54!! He's on Flovent for his asthma which can cause dry mouth so that's probably all it was. Just got a little paranoid:nailbiting:. Other than that he is doing fantastic.:cat:
Enjoy the holidays! Can't believe they are almost upon us.

:joyful: I love it. Gizmo loved to zoom around the house at 90 miles an hour. I can see them playing kitty tag right now. Lol

Everyone is good here. The bunny is the most loving creature. He is full of personality and makes me laugh every day. He loves to binky (crazy bunny hops and twists in mid air) and it is impossible not to smile. Just what I need after a stressful day at work. ;)

So glad to here that Ming is well. Holidays ... yikes they are creeping up way to quickly.
