Bailey is surfing and flirting with the sharks, which would be great except we travel in a few days and I was really hoping she would hang out in blues and high greens. They really have an issue with timing things just right, don't they.

At least Nelli kind of listened. She's surfing a bit low, but later in the cycle so hopefully no shark baiting today.
You hear that Nelli? Reducies are only for when mama is home for the day.
 
My (positive) beliefs, Bailey… is getting ready to go into low blues and dip toe in upper green (maybe stay in low blue!).
Remember, stress causes BG numbers to go up!?! In their lies the trip overall a stressful event for him-even though you will be with him and he will feel somewhat safe, cats have an amazing GPS system and therefore he will probably be stressed, darling!
The trip is going to end up being perfect and joyous. FL weather is forecasted to be beautiful!
After all, I think that you and Bailey are pretty cool people and... cool things happened to cool people :)!
 
Lots of more experienced folks on her would know more, but the pattern seems similar to 10/23, don't you think?
If that's the case, maybe she will do a nice gentle surf for you tonight like she did that night.:D:D:D

Yes, looked at that and I agree.
Today has been the first day that I’m feeling better, tomorrow morning is the to work early morning-rise at 4:30.
I think just to be safe unless I hear from other members that I am going to feed her some 12% MC before I go to sleep tonight.
My problem with testing in middle of night is once I wake up I can’t get back to sleep. Often times it is not just a quickie poky go back to sleep event, even though I have everything prepared when I awake :-(
 
I'm gad you are feeling better. Wish you could have had one more day at home to enjoy your recovery.
Hopefully, others chime in, but I agree that top priority should be to avoid a relapse, and sleep is an important part of that.
 
Flat green is a beautiful cycle! This is proof that it is not a failed reduction. Yeah!!

I think when you get your last test before hitting the hay , give her a little MC food if you need to sleep. Of course, if her numbers are dropping, you would want to reach for some HC food.
 
Yes, an all green flat cycle is just perfect! It is what we ultimately want to see. When they are all green and flat like that there they is one lower which looks like the +5 which was 60. Lantus is know for it's flat cycles when a cat starts to get regulated. She is looking so good!
