Titan 10/11.
Good Monday morning to everyone :coffee:, trees are mostly bare and the rake has been getting a good workout, fall is upon us :). Mr Titan has had a pretty good run lately. He earned another reducie on 10/19 having visited the Sharks the night before. This would be good news but I suspect it's due to his slow weight loss (down to 10.5lbs) and his appy being very picky. Mornings are tuff getting food into him but by late morning and thru the afternoon he eats well. We have noticed that low and medium carb foods act about the same on his BG's so we've expanded his food choice to include more MC which he likes. The Desmopressin doesn't seem to be helping at all with his drinking/peeing amounts. We upped him to 1/2 tablet (2x/day) last week and I'll run a urine sample in on Wednesday but I do not expect any change in his concentration. It may not be Diabetic Inspididus and or he may not be responding to meds. Anyway he's pretty good at hitting the puppy pads so the messes are not too bad. I hope everyone has a good day and chin scritches for all the kitties :cat:, Ed.

Sounds like Titan is doing OK and keeping you on your toes. Congratulations on the reduction. I'm glad his appetite perks up as the day goes on. I hope the urine sample will yield good results.

We still have some leaves on the trees here in northern NY, but they are coming down fast. October has been unusually cold and wet. We are waiting for "Indian Summer" (it may not come this year)!

Congrats on the reducie. I'm glad Titan is eating some for you, even if he is being picky. I hope you get good results from the urine sample. Sending prayers.

We turned on the heat about a week ago. It's been very damp and chilly. It's not so much the cold: it's the rain, the snow flurries, and the damp! We normally are able to paddle well into November if the sun is out (despite the cold weather), but this year no one really wants to!

Well isn't that a coincidence? I was looking for Mav on the evening of 19th, his swim trunks and snorkel were missing, and sure enough, there he was teasing the sharkies with his 'ol pal, Titan :D. September was downright yucky, I had the fireplace on most evenings, way too early for that! Sending lots of extra bum pats (for Titan :p), pretty soon it'll be that snow shovel getting the workout o_O. Hugs for you and Paula :bighug::bighug:
