I hope I don't jinx anything, but Grandpa's numbers seem to have settled into a consistent range. They are blue and not green, but I'm okay with that. What I'm wondering is, when can I consider him regulated vs unregulated? Not sure it really matters, but I know what remission means, but not regulated.

I would say he is regulated. My rule of thumb is if Jones was consistently under 200. Remission wasn't an option with me either, so greens were nice but I wasn't worried about pushing him into them.

Trixie is kind of keeping to herself, not really wanting to be fussed with much. She isn't interested in any dog food, but ate about a cup of cooked chicken and looked for any crumbs she missed, so that was encouraging. Thanks for asking!

With that red one week ago, I wouldn't consider him regulated just yet, but what a nice improvement Grandpa has made in a short amount of time.

Regulated is when you go with the flow week after week (within reason; i.e. blue and green) and don't worry about occasional glitches.

. This week is quiet but next week is . I did get Thanksgiving nailed down at a nice restaurant in St Louis where my mom lives. At 96 travel is hard for her . And I must admit after 15 years of hosting on Turkey Day I am looking forward to the break !! Keeping you and your fur babies close in heart and continuous prayer .
