Based on what I'm understanding, I think Tiny might have dipped on 10/6 after her PMPS because her 10/7 AMPS was in the 200s and after that, she rose into the 400s, but I have no data to corroborate that speculation. It was good to see a low 300s AMPS today. I will get a +3, a +6 and a + 9 or +10 and update the spreadsheet later today.
I'm having a terrible time rousing myself to get some Post PMPS numbers through the night. Obviously, I get one before heading to sleep at night, but at my middle-of-the-night awake times I'm so tired that if she's not nearby to test I'm letting it go. How do you all beat this exhaustion? I'm beginning to think there's something wrong with me!
On another note Cookie's Vet visit was not helpful. Blood work was taken, but no results yet. The Florastor is helping, but not enough to stop the mud pie stool yet - we have some formed then some mud pie. Anyone know about giving a whole Florastor twice a day? The half twice a day is bringing some results but not full. She had a vomiting episode last night too, so once her appetite picks up a bit, I'm going to try some slippery elm on her.
Once I get Cookie's blood work results, I'm going to request that her history is gathered up and we are finding another Vet. We had an incident with the Vet that involved the Vet getting angry and yelling, not over anything we had done with Cookie's care, but over the wait at the office. We are going to interview new Vets here in Pittsburgh and have had some recommendations from friends. I've had enough of the arrogance and attitude and want some serious care for both Tiny Sole and especially Cookie right now.
Over and out - much love to everyone.
Joanne + Tiny Sole ...and Cookie too.
