Yemala 10/3 AMPS 411; +6 408; PMPS 437; +2 366; +6 228; question for experts please

Hope she gets over this bounce soon.
Cycle 5 after the greens, hopefully she will have read the rulebook and now she should clear by cyle 6.

PMPS 437. Under advice, I'm trying to not sweat the reds. Let her clear the bounce, and hope she'll start to drop again.

Meanwhile, I got new food for her today. We still have supplies of the low carb/phos food she's been eating, but got some Weruva that has similar values. Man, she loves that stuff.

So at least I'll have food for her for a while.

Should we increase her dose tomorrow?

Yes, I'd go up to .75

She's had time to clear any bounce and there's no sign of greens or blues

However......she's dropping pretty fast tonight so she may clear that bounce tonight, so if she continues to drop into AMPS, I'd go ahead and hold it for another few cycles.

Hi on TR (it still says slgs on your signature) yes I would take the dose up tomorrow, though, she's dropping tonight, of you have a blue amps that could be her finally indicating that she is clearing the bounce.
Shooting as the bounce is clearing can lead to an 'exciting' cycle.
She did get to the 60's on this dose, so shooting the increase dose at the same time she clears would need you to be vigilant especially in that early part of the cycle, you may need to feed to prevent her from gathering too much momentum.

From the TR sticky

Increasing the dose:
  • Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
    • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
    • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.
  • After 3 days (6 consecutive cycles)... if nadirs are greater than 200, but less than 300 increase the dose by 0.25 unit.
  • After 3 days (6 consecutive cycles)... if nadirs are greater than 300 increase the dose by 0.5 unit.
Note that in the guidelines above (I've highlighted) it says when they first see green, hold at least 10 cycles, some kitties can take a little longer to get over the bounces. So if blue, in the morning if it were me I would probably postpone the increase, and see if the 0.5u gets her back into the 60's.
