Hello all!

I am trying to come up with a general plan of attack in regards to getting my little kitties food changed over and a possible dose increase. He has been chilling out in the 200's consistently. Would it be best to change his food over now and see if his BG's drop naturally over time rather than increasing the dose? Feel free to take a gander at my spreadsheet.

What are you changing the food from and to? For now I would be patient and hold the dose. It takes 5-7 days to build the depot. Are you planning on following the Tight Regulation protocol or the Start Low Go Slow Method for dosing?

I am going from Little Ra's medium carb dry to wet, low carb. (Fancy Feast Pate) I am attempting the TR but I may not be understanding it fully. I was under the impression that the dose increases were after 3 days. My bad! But building up the depot makes absolute sense!

Yes, after the depot is built with the initial dose, the increases can be every three days. It takes time to learn it all. It'll help us help you if you put something like TR in your signature, so we know which dosing method you are using, without asking all the time.
