I think I'm inclined to agree with Bobbie - you could shoot the reduced dose at 10:00 if you are able to be extremely vigilant with testing. If there is a reason you're not able to stay on top of testing today, then I would skip since it hasn't been that long since he was at 48 and and because his current numbers are influenced by the gravy, which can start wearing off.

You still want to get a preshot number at 10 before shooting. And yes, you could feed him his regular LC food at shot time.

He was down to 39 at 8:20. :( He has eaten 1 portion of sheba and I will be testing VERY regularly. On the +11 there's 3 readings. I shot the 2Us @ 10A. Hope today goes better for our boy .
 
Hey Cindy, can you start a new thread since this is a new day for Taco ,this one is getting pretty long. Each day start a new one with his name and the date and his AMPS =XXX

Go the URL box at the top of the page and click on it. Then copy it ( ctrl & C) then paste that into the body of your new thread. ( Ctrl & V)

If you can't do it, just start a new thread and I will come along and paste into your new thread. I was like you too Cindy, I had so much to learn when I arrived. We'll help you along the way.
